Yousef Mousa Cranes Company

   Yousef Mousa Crane Co. was established in 1983. It has started as a crane hire firm and moved to the crane inspection business up till present time. The owner, Eng. Yousef Mousa, is a mechanical engineer graduated in 1972. He had joined CCC - Consolidated Contractors Company - the major contractor in the Gulf Area where he was introduced to different types of cranes: Crawler, Mobile and Tower Cranes. He was sent for training courses on Potain Tower Cranes to Beirut in 1974 and to Liebherr tower cranes in Germany in 1977. In 1979, he was assigned the post of test inspection engineer to cover all the Gulf area. This happened after intensive training in the USA with major crane manufacturers such as American Hoist, Grove, Koehring and Lorain. 
    YMCC is an inspection body for all types of cranes and tower cranes in Jordan, and we are registered in the Ministry of Industry and Trade. We are a Full member of LEEA (the Lifting Equipment Engineer Association - UK), SC&RA (Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association - USA) and Crane Institute of America. We issue our certificates in accordance with BS and OSHA Regulations. YMCC exceeds other Inspection companies through having its own testing area and certified test loads. Also for the training of operators on cranes, forklifts and manlifts the company can offer its own equipment for the training puposes. For that reason company equipment are maintained at the best condition possible through its service and maintenance team.
    YMCC has its own training facility at the company new headquarters. The Training classroom can commodate up to 16 students and it is furnished with top quality tools to assist in the training. Training materials and examples of defected tools are there to explain visually what damage can happen to the lifting accessories. The training center features a big kitchen where food and beverages are served for the trainees during training sessions. Coffee, tea and crackers are available during the training for all trainees. And outside the training center is a big yard where the trainees can have practical training on cranes and lifting procedures.
